T mobile refused to pay $2500 in rebates from Costco. I am very experienced in getting these, and fulfilled all requirements carefully. I am now suing them in civil court in their hq jurisdiction.

When I cancelled last time, they charged me the whole month.
You need to ask for a refund.

RIP magenta add a line deals. I'll be holding on for dear life hopefully for a decade.
I'm in the same boat with the One plan. They're trying to sway many with their phone deals but hopefully most know basic math and don't switch because they will regret it. There's not a MVNO or Major carrier that can even come close to what I'm paying and I'll never leave unless forced.

I have a really old plan with 4 lines for $120 with additional lines for $20. T-Mobile first got rid of the 20GB data when adding a new line and required adding a separate $15 unlimited data making a new line $35. Now, there is no option to add data to a new line. They are slowly forcing people to move to newer plans.

Insider code is not always available, only occasionally.

That's my worry. My 20% off for life in some cases only applies to your current plan now depending when and how you got it, they just got rid of the autopay discount if you use a credit card, the company that's hacked every 32 seconds remind you. Free lines have to be manually added in most cases if you switch plans and many issues after the fact. I've read countless horror stories on Reddit but I'm staying until forced off my plan and then will leave T-Mobile. I have 10 lines for less than $100/month with 5 lines sitting unused with 3 getting kickback on them. That and that alone is the only reason I put up with this POS company that has a joke of a security system in place.

Before anyone asks why so many lines that I don't need it's because of the 9 lines and above trick. Free lines in my case went from $20 credit to a $30 credit going to the 9-12 plan. I literally saved money adding all those free lines. The 9-12 lines on One/Magenta is where you want to be but we will not see free lines again IMO with no strings attached so don't bother wasting to much time on it unless you have a ton of free lines and say 8 lines total. You could add a paid line and your bill could possibly drop.

I'll shut up and stop this post from taking a hard left turn now.

Same here. .. One Plus plan.. 9 lines, only 3 used, avg bill $5 to $20 depending on kickback. Only negative is TMobile service has been shaky in last 2 years in places never used to have any issues

Impressive and one of the best plans I've seen. Congrats. Not all of mine have kickback and I gave up after maybe a dozen tries of trying to get it added but got the One Plus Promo added to all of them so somewhat satisfied. My bill would be around $63 but three people refuse to switch phone numbers to the lines without kickback. Drives me mad.

Man .. it took a while to get everyone off the main ones lines prior to hitting the magic 9 lines which seems to generate the bill very oddly in our favor. Took many many tries and hours over the years to get the plus service and kickback on all lines, especially the no charge ones. Prior to 9 lines and soc change, kickback did not work on no charge lines but once I hit the 9 lines, kickback applies to even the no charge lines. If I could get my parents to use wifi TMobile would be paying me at this point every month
