T mobile refused to pay $2500 in rebates from Costco. I am very experienced in getting these, and fulfilled all requirements carefully. I am now suing them in civil court in their hq jurisdiction.

Last time I was in Costco the phone booth was still 100% hidden by pamphlets for Costco partnered services like solar panels, etc.

I'm totally lost with the discussions. What are the numbers? We have 7 lines on ATT, all but one fully paid off phones and waiting for the Christmas season to find deals (either upgrade to iPhone 15 at att or move). We pay $30+ taxes per line (including company discount). How will the numbers work out here? What do I have to do to get them?

I currently have a device on a monthly plan with version and if I port my # to t-mobile, do t-mobile pay for the early termination fee (device cost ) and am I still be able to get this deal along with it?
