WARNING Spectrum is selling the "Pixel 7a 5G Sub-6" Model GWKK3
This is NOT the Verizon model and does not include 5G Ultra Wide Band which is the thing that makes Spectrum a good carrier.
The deal is good but WHY would they do this?

The free one year applies only to additional lines, so if you're thinking about picking up this phone without paying for at least one Spectrum mobile line (either new or existing), then think again.
This is a locked device. In order to have it unlocked, the device will need to be active a minimum of 60 days on Spectrum mobile services before Spectrum will allow the device to be unlocked.
If you're not currently a Spectrum Mobile customer, this means that you'll need to purchase at least two months of Spectrum mobile service before being eligible to unlock the phone.
