Super tempting, but just snagged two finished ones from this recent deal (now dead): https://slickdeals.net/share/iphone_app/fp/958056

These red ones are the more low-slung, traditional style but I find them increasingly hard to get up from when out in the backyard doing typical Adirondack chair things Smilie

Like this person said, but I actually had bought these the last time they were on sale and returned them for the deal they mentioned.

Did you have a chance to assemble or try them out, or just swapped based on the better reviews?

I'm tempted to buy both and compare, but making large returns can be a PITA…

Haven't gotten the new ones yet, they should arrive tomorrow. Based on what I was reading these (Hampton bay) do not hold up well in weather/sun.

I have 4 of these exact chairs (chili color too) from a deal last year. They've sat on my porch uncovered for the entire time. They look mostly new aside from a couple of spots where bird poop marred the finish. I expect to get a solid 5 years or so out of these. Certainly not polywood quality, but at roughly 1/4 of the price, I'm satisfied.
