Not sure if I got some from a dud batch at Lowe's, but it is pretty terrible. Lots of runs and streaks, I would recommend Rustoleum primers instead.

For me it's showing $4.47 so many be this is regional.
Most spray oil-based paint (including this line of products) are advertised as paint + primer. So is primer still necessary?
