Depend on how Apple handle the Ultra brand. If it treats Ultra as stainless steel, it could be up to $400 off. If it treats it as really high-end model, Apple could control the production volume and keep price higher. I suspect the later is true.

I've had the ultra with blue ocean band for 5 months. Battery life alone is worth the upgrade. Size is much better than I feared and the band has been great. I was worried it would look too big. But it's perfectly fine.
