We're only saving $12 from this "sale" according to its regular price. $80-90 would be a better deal.
Will it go lower? Maybe, but many manufacturers are already reducing their production to drive the prices back up. There's no guarantee that prices will continue to drop. That said there is also no guarantee that prices will increase either.
This is a historically good price for this drive.

That said, I'm sure it'll fluctuate up or down a few bucks, but doubt it will get significantly cheaper. Even cheap low end 2TB are sitting around $85-100, and I doubt you'll see a performance model like this undercutting those, even if it is an outgoing model.
2.5" SSDs have plummeted since then, and it looks like this drive has followed that pattern too.
Now, I haven't followed NVMe news too closely because my laptop doesn't support them, but isn't this still a highly desired NVMe for laptops because of its higher efficiency when compared to other Gen 3 and 4 NVMes? Especially, since real world performance doesn't show a noticable difference in speed between Gen 3 and Gen 4.
Looking at these factors, I would argue that this drive is priced at a discount and not a "back to normal" price. Again, it may go a bit lower, but I personally expect to see it increase as more tech companies follow Apple's and Intel's lead in reduced manufacturing.
