Terrible price for 16GB of RAM and a 3060 with 8GB...

Go purchase the Lenovo for $799 from Costco with a 12GB RTX 3060 instead.

Rtx3060 isn't 12 GB? Or is it the Ti version that's 8GB

Why do people keep posting stuff from MSI? This is a sure way to get all your data stolen. MSI suffered the worst kind of breach that could happen. Their BIOS keys were compromised meaning any updates that happen to the BIOS can look legit when in reality they are from a hacker. What is worse is that there is no way to differentiate between a real update and a fake one since with the BIOS keys the hackers can make your computer believe it is a real update. Some years will have to go by before MSI can be trusted again.

Yeah this is closer to normal price if not a bit high for this build imho. most of the deals are in the 800 or less range for a 3600 with this CPU.

That would be dumb to download a firmware from a sketchy website, or even non-manufacture's website.

Bad price but regardless, watch the GN video about this line on PCs. TERRIBLE design with major thermal issues.

Ughh... You don't need to download it. Since the BIOS keys themselves were compromised, the hackers can actually push the BIOS updates trough Windows and the would appear to be legit wen in fact they are not.

I had to download it and put it in the flash drive and boot up my bios to install the update. How would a hacker push the update through Windows?!

Ok if it really is 8GB , it's the Ti version, they don't make 3060 non Ti 8GB. It might just be description error.

Are you positive they never made a 3060 8GB variant?
