Anything is "useless" if you don't use them. But yea, most of the rewards are digital or have shipping fee and you can't trade or sell these so if the uses are worthless to you personally then, yes they are useless.

Platinum points are pretty handy, you can buy hidden nintendo profile pics with them on switch. Some cool stuff on my nintendo as well. physical rewards. Sucks u need to pay shipping, but i ordered a few key chains from it. Hopefully they add more holographic posters.
