Best priced and warranty batteries, but so little Ridgid tool choices.

I just recently bought a Ridgid to Ryobi adapter. Opened up tons of options. Used it today with a 1 gallon weed sprayer that Ridgid refuses to make.

I don't know why you got downvoted smh. Anyway would you say that ridgid batteries are better than ryobi batteries? I'm in both systems, most of my tools are ryobi but my drill and impact driver are ridgid. I have 2 ridgid batteries and at least 4 ryobi batteries. Do you think I'd benefit from an adapter?

How have people's experiences been with the LSA? Good or bad. I hear a lot of second-hand or "I've heard that…" stories but not too many first-hand.

I bought a Ridgid impact driver five weeks ago and immediately registered it online, getting a response that I would get an email confirming my registration in a week. Still have not heard anything from Ridgid. A friend who I have known for over 30 years returned dead batteries and they required he send the charger with them, even though there was noting wrong with it. He takes care of his tools and they looked like new. They sent him back batteries and a charger that looked like they had been run over by a semi. They worked, but looked like crap.

You need to either call, text or chat with them and they will register it.

They're great. Easy fix or replacement of tools at most Home Depots and just a phone call (or new web form?) gets new batteries on the way. Most complaints you will find are either old or because the person never followed through with registration.

Only did it once recently. Filled out the online form and they sent me a brand new one. Didn't have to send back the old one. Easy Peazy.

Have you been recently? HD has stopped taking repairs and exchanges in stores, at least at mine and I think it's company wide. They said to go online. It was REALLY nice when I could just drop off a broken tool at the rental desk but I think those days are over :/

They have a D- on the BBB. Lots of complaints about the LSA not being honored.

Here you go:

https://slickdeals.net/share/android_app/fp/809194

Ridgid 18V 6Ah & 4Ah MAX Output Batteries & Charger Kit w/ Bag (AC840060SB1) for $85. In-store purchase only.

Brickseek says these are still available near me...for those that want a better deal. Point being, likely still available across the USA.
