These have been around for so long that I'm buying purely based on their retail longevity. It's gotta be useful in some manner or people would stop buying them
You can barely buy a used one at a garage sale at this price. Even if useless I feel like I can come out even and sell it.

Two individual clamps which means you can clamp something that's not uniform, like a triangle. Can do a lot of work with a couple of these and a jigsaw. Clamp a set of mower blades and have at it with an angle grinder. I typically use mine for that and also clamped a mower muffler in it like it's a wide mouth vice and welded it.
They are quite a pain to put together, easy to do it backwards and have to redo the assembly, but not big of an issue.
