49 inch monitors are great for software engineers. I use an aoc I got for around $500 after tax.

have this and wish it were a bit taller and less wide. has some ghosting and is pretty dim in HDR.

I have dual Odyssey G9s, and they are great for working on papers (dissertation), as you can have six full-sized documents side-by-side on each one for reading, referencing, and writing.
