Is OLED worth the extra couple hundred? I have a 32" 4k LG monitor with a VA panel that has some flickering at the edges on loading screens for games but it doesn't bother me.

you probably won't be able to tell the difference. also this is not an oled screen, VA panel LCD. Go buy samsung oled or anything IPS by paying about 100-200 extra. Monoprice uses LG panels the ones made in China, so the low grade screens, just like HP does in their AIO computers.
Shipping aside, what are everyone's thoughts on this monitor? Pass or smash that checkout button? lol
if it was like $200-250 yeah maybe smash it, but $400+ not worth the quality compared to cheapest samsung 49 inch models. Monoprice warranty also horrible, anything is user's fault and they will not replace or repair anything. I had their monitors, 3d printers and speakers, always something. Only thing they are reliable on is the wiring, they got great audio and cat6 copper wiring. you better off buying a TV with oled and smart specs, it will also have more inputs, better sound quality input/output as well as better refresh rate, and you may end up paying half the price. like TCL OLEDS are amazing!
I've got this monitor, had it about 3 years. No issues, prefer the resolution for gaming and productivity. Cant really do HDR gaming but otherwise very happy with it. With a 3090, AAA titles struggle over 100fps at this resolution.
I do run a hdmi switch to it to single button switch computers. Found that easier ($15) than navigating the menu. Does offer split screen and quad screen.
