I'm getting "Oops! Unable to assign a coupon" once I enter the info. However, looking at the terms...

What it sounds like is that the credits are available either during or after a Finals game where one or more dunks are performed, up until a max of 10,000 credits (or 100 dunks). So the credits right now may be exhausted until the next game.

There's a game on in the Western Conference right now so might be worth testing after dunks or after the game ends. Given that the contest started after the conclusion of the first game, it may be they don't assign available coupons until sometime after the end of each game.
