There are a couple of ways the orders go through for pickup. For sure, if it is a scheduled pickup ( i.e., at checkout it makes you select a block of time) then those do have a minimum order amount or a fee is charged. Second type, at checkout it says 'Pickup today after 12:11', for example, then those do not have an order minimum. At least for me, it seems to be random when this second option is offered.
My local store has them in stock too.
Edit: in store the price is showing as $7. Think this might only be valid for pickup

Some history - I bought a highly rated $30 umbrella from Amazon. It was a good umbrella with auto-close. Unfortunately, my toddler broke it within the first week. I realized that I can't afford to keep buying $30 umbrellas, only for kids to break them. So bought this $6 one from Walmart. It doesn't have auto-close but quality is no different from the $30 one I had. It's small, but perfect to keep in the trunk of the car. For $3, I'll buy a couple more.
Edit - like others realized only at checkout that pickup is not free. I don't need $35 of goods at the moment so this is not a deal. I can buy these for $6 any day. So this is a deal only if you can avail of free pickup.
