I almost posted before you. Just ordered mine and got the starter battery pack cancelled via customer service. Woohoo, only fan should be shipping

I ordered a generic one-off ebay for $35. Blows more air than my buddies Milwaukee. For real tools I want Milwaukee but for stuff like this the cheap version is fine

So order online for free delivery and then call customer service to cancel battery pack?

Like someone said, this is one order. Will customer service actually make the adjustments as separate orders?

Can anyone clarify and go into details? Only need the fan. Have enough batteries.

Ordered mine. Will just return the batteries and charger pack once it comes in. They're different line items so won't be an issue. Thanks!

Anyone else have a difficult returning just the batteries? I tried this and they wasn't able to accept the return with out the complete order .

To be fair, there is no mention of warranty with the ebay generic fans.
For $20 more I'd pay for the name brand with no light/remote for a 5 year warranty on replacement LOL

In the past I was able to set one item for pickup and one for delivery and if you never go to pickup the item cancels automatically on the pickup item but looks like they no longer allow the pickup/delivery options to be different now.
