Though once loved, most Chipotles have fallen off in quality. Corporate mandates tiny burritos now, half the size as before, but still $10+. Customers are viewed as the enemy. Serious problems with morale and keeping employees. Corporate customer service is handled by AI, not a real person.

COVID really accelerated their decline. Local chipotle's had lines out the door, and now they are a ghost town like Moe's.

I ordered 30 minutes back and received email for both 40$ gift and $10 BOGO code 10 minutes later.

A lot of people complaining about smaller portions. You still can't beat getting full off of $10 anywhere else.
In my college town the prices are actually ridiculously cheap. Like pre-COVID pricing. $8 for a chicken burrito.

Could be because you're in a college town. Burritos here are going for $11 with tax. And they probably aren't using quality meat like Chipotle.

Yes, the size of the food has been cut by half. Not sure if it is due to Chipotle or the people serving it.

I received a receipt for the purchase right away. Almost an hour later I got the $40 GC email. Another 45 mins or so later I got email w/ $10 bonus but I can't scan the QR code, but I did get it.

There is a code displayed below the QR code. Copy that code and apply it in Chipotle Rewards.

Does the $10 bonus card work in stores or is it for the app only? I hate online orders since they don't fill up the bowls but will for in-person orders

Fri. May 19, Noon PST…..Ordered a $40 card….the $10 bonus did show in the order process.

Yes, burrito bowls are the way to order if your burrito is too small for you, lol. They make mine huge.

Hit the "Extra" button if ordering online (except for the meats, which you might get charged extra).

Just completed the order, straight away. No QR was needed. Just added "Graduation" themed card to cart and bonus $10 card automatically added. Nice deal.

$10 one isn't adding to cart, I guess it's dead.
I just ordered and added $10 Bonus. you have to choose graduation gift card to add $10 bonus, not any other gift cards.

I think you speaking for other people in Maryland they're just as popular as before. and I don't understand why anyone wouldn't go there it's not like a buffet where customers can touch the food.

Chipotle is so hit or miss over the past few years. When the first opened and starting expanding, I feel they had a good thing going. Food was good and plentiful, stores were clean. Things have gone down hill and when I go to to a store they are usually pretty dirty. No forks, no lids, out of ice, etc. basic stuff that isn't working.

In for 4
What location do you go to because none of the stores in Maryland look like that.
