I got it for this price yesterday and it changed to 58 later. When I checked today morning, it is still showing 30. Think they are trying to let go of inventory and so, might need to keep looking.

Bought the same ladder for $10 bucks a month a go at Home Depot. I was looking for a 8 foot ladder. When I got home I changed the five to an eight and told my wife it was a 8 ft ladder. She didn't fall for it.
