Finally a ceiling fan that won't hide under the bed during storms. I hear if you play thunder sounds when they're being built, they won't do that.
i dont hear any beep when it turns on. it only beeps when it reaches the end of cycle..for example. it will beep when you reach the 5th in brightness or the 6th speed. to let you know you have reached the max. other than that. no beeping at all when changing light color brightness or fan speed. fan will not make any beeping sound when you press the fan button. the only thing you can tell if the fan is spinning is by looking at it.
the only thing i cant figure it out is the light will turn to very dimmed even if you turn it off. like a night light but super dimmed. not sure if its a feature or something that i cant figure it out yet.

there is no beeping whatsoever for turning the fan on and off. it only beeps if you use the "power button" on the remote to completely turn the whole set (fan & light) on. it wont beep if you turn that power button off.
anyway. that light will turn itself completely off if i press that "power button" on the remote. which i dont really use anyway. i am fine with that light to about 1% on. it could be a nighttime feature. i dont have time ask the manufacturer/seller yet.
you cant find any dc fan with remote control at this price. unless you can find some super ugly harbor fan on 60% off final clearance that only a few of us could find at homedepot.
this is the best deal on the modern dimming high class DC fan. high quality. period.

i was like oh shit. the topic was not very active and all of them were "vine" reviews. but i ordered them anyway. didnt want to waste another stupid "incentive" returns on my own fault anyway.
but it turned out its one of my best buys on amazon.
