i used to buy this sort of stuff, but the sprayers always quit working on me, the refills were still kind of expensive, etc.
buy concentrate chemical and follow the use instructions, put it in a 1or2 gal pump up sprayer. for the price of 3 gallons, you get 50+

thermidor permiter treatment, boracare for active area, just check domyown pest control site, their recommended products always nuke what i need nuked. This stuff would ok in florida for general insect usage but i don't think it last anywhere near as long as suspend sc,etc. However no mixing,etc easy to apply quick to get it done.

In Florida also. I use 3 different sprays rotating one a month. Never had an issue and saves a ton of money on not having to pay for a bug guy.

I used to buy this kind of stuff before I learned about Spectracide Malathion. We have gnats along with everything else here in the south. I spray a stream around my foundation and fan the lawn and garden. I use a stronger mix than what the package suggests but lower concentrations than what I have heard others use.
