Why is it missing? Is it from wear and tear?
Phillips head screws are notorious for stripping, and when they do they ruin the bit. Stick to Torx or Robertson head screws and you'll go through way fewer bits, and you'll save yourself a lot of aggravation

I agree. I've had so many sets, these are seriously quality bits! The organizer is also easy to use and holds them securely.
