Why is it missing? Is it from wear and tear?

Phillips head screws are notorious for stripping, and when they do they ruin the bit. Stick to Torx or Robertson head screws and you'll go through way fewer bits, and you'll save yourself a lot of aggravation

Torx or square are great if you're starting from scratch, but many of us have to deal with what's out there in the real world. Which, more often than not, is Philips.

I agree. I've had so many sets, these are seriously quality bits! The organizer is also easy to use and holds them securely.

I would order this one.

Has longer bits which are much more useful.

That's definitely a better set but it's twice the price
