That being said, does anyone have any experience with anything here? Need a relatively firm mattress and can't do the box mattresses anymore.

The local store manager I bought from has repeatedly price-matched with various promo codes. First it was 20 percent off ("save20") and then last week, it was 25 percent off original price I paid ("holiday"). Beware that online chat refused to price match, claiming the policy doesn't cover promo codes. So try local store, or keep at it. My experience has been great with the local store manager; with price matches as well as the BRS900 getting reduced in price, I've saved almost $150 since original purchase.
