1. Please add the shoes in cart and check out, with FRIENDLY25 code applied. It will shows total as $40.77 before tax
2. Don't place the order yet, please chat first and confirm with a live agent that this order is eligible for additional 30% off
3. My case is YES and the live agent left a remark associated with your account (name and address is requested)
4. Now you can close the chat and go on placing the order with adequate payment.
5. After the order is placed, you can get the order number on the top of the page.
6. At the bottom of the home page, on the left hand side, click Customer Service and open the chat again
7. Speak with another live agent and ask him to manually apply the 30% discount. It will bring the total down to $28.54 (I believe tax included)
