Thanks OP, nice price for this. On a side note, some tools may be best bought in person like levels to see if truly level or other defects that would render the tool useless. I almost bought this exact level at HD a few years ago and noticed they were all out of level (3-4 pieces in stock) when I tested them compared to a few other brands. I chalked that up to a bad shipment and just went with another level at the time since I didn't need pitch.

You can always put it on top of another level in the store. Try it against a few and you'll know if it's it of whack. Though I've literally never thought to test my level before purchasing.

I think I need this… How would you use this to get 1/4-1/2 drop per foot on sewer drain pipes? I see pitch 1 to 12 but have no idea what that means.

No Prob. The amazon listing for this wasn't the best, I actually had to steal the pics I posted from Home Depot site for the same product so it showed the adjustment. But it was still hard to tell because it wasn't in the description too well.
