This set has non-insulated lids that get very hot in use (not so much the handle but all other parts of the lid), not a big deal but I think you can get Atlantis elsewhere with two layer insulated lids.
Excellent performance on an induction range but I still reach for the cast iron when I want to achieve searing temp extremely fast with minimal cleanup. The stainless pans are easy to clean though if you learn how to cook with less sticking, love not having to dig grime out of rivets and the wishbone handles leave a lot of space for cleaning the outside of the pan.

Thanks for sharing this deal! Will buy a set, and see if Memorial Day sales yield any sales on All Clad... These are fantastic though... and would almost certainly be a "lifetime" purchase.
It's a massive improvement over the 10 year old Kirkland Signature/Tramontina stainless steel that I have. It "just works", for lack of a better phrase. The Demeyere seems harder to scorch and deglazing the fond on it is a breeze. I really like it for searing chicken breasts and then making a sauce with the fond afterwards. I'm now looking for a smaller fry pan and sauce pan.
I'd highly recommend their stuff.
If only they had comparatively great deals on single pans. That's where I'm at in my life. I don't think I'll ever need a complete set again.
