Costco doesn't carry the BB2000. I've been looking at buying another bidet recently and costco.com was the first place I went to since they have a good return policy.
The BB2000 has one of the strongest pumps for strong water pressure so it has good reviews when it works.....the problem is if it stops working the warranty/customer service support through Biobidet has gone downhill apparently. If you go to Amazon.com and read through the most recent reviews you'll read some nightmares. Biobidet makes you pay to ship it back and also have to pay a disinfectant fee to them and other fees, that's if you can even get someone to help you.The quality of their parts sounds kind of lackluster as well.
If costco offered the BB2000 at this price I'd buy it knowing if I had issues I could always return it but they don't offer it. Costco doesn't carry any decent Toto bidets as well. I've been looking at the Toto K300 bidet. Toto is known for quality but they are pricey as well and only have a 1 year warranty. The Toto bidet water pressure is also not as strong as BB2000 if that's important to you. Hard to make a decision, positives and negatives for both brands.

Out of curiosity I went to biobidet.com and called their customer contact number they have listed. An automated message starts to play and the female voice tells you if need assistance to message them on their website and their response time is 4-5 days then it hangs up you. So no way to talk to a live person on the phone to get help if you should have issues with their products currently. I would stay away from Biobidet unless you can buy their product from a place that will take returns whenever like Costco.
