Looks really picked over today as far as half off. 30% of blem's isn't a great deal given past sales. I've had mixed luck with refurbs from them, some in arrive in good shape, others not as much. I agree that they ship refurb items very carelessly, needlessly causing damage.

Not really. I have this for blowing out the garage, driveway, patio. Think of it as a broom. I use my gas blower for leaves.

Maybe not this deal specifically, but with $15 flat shipping, you can order a lot of items, I mean shipping a lawn mower for $15? 5 of these items, 5 of some others and at the end im sure one will net something for some minimal work, not like they are driving around wasting time looking for things to flip.

So it would be natural to be told to stay away from things as it helps getting tools cheaper. For example a tool normally $200+ being sold for for $90 buying 5 and flipping each for lets say $150 is ok profit for just a click of a button.

My local Flea Market at a few tables always sell bunch of Power Tools, they all look New or have Small Blemishes. I'm pretty positive they likely try to Flip from Deals like these or the Power Tool Combo Deals. Then try to sell it for more.

Well, they still have to sell it. With that comes a lot of work and also risks. You're also keeping inventory (however small that may be).

Each time Direct Tool offered a refund on return to be fair. The concern is that I am usually buying a tool because I need one.

Factory blemished have always arrived 100% to me. Indistinguishable from new most times.

Agreed completely. They do not advance ship, need to return broken item first an then they re-ship. IT's like 2-3 weeks. Lame if you need the items now.
