I do see a much bigger price difference than you but only because I personally never get a machine with larger disk built-in. There is just one 7390 left with 8GB/512GB.

I own a 7390 2-in-1 with 8GB and I have plenty of ram for what I use it for. Lots of web browsing, can do some type of development if I really wanted it but this is also broad topic I covered in the FAQ as "Development" is just too vague.
Some light wear on the touchpad. Keys look new. Maybe replaced as the wear does not match the touchpad. Giant black skin sticker that I almost missed on the top. Afraid to take it off as it's probably super scratched underneath. Screen is flawless. Battery is garbage:
