I personally bought my iphone 14 plus for $700 off of ebay, which is most the I would pay. You can get a iphone 13 pro max, basically new for almost $900

Look at past Costco AppleCare+ iPhone deal posts. People are getting roughly half the AppleCare+'s value as refund, which means you are probably going to get somewhere around $90, not $180. You have to contact Apple for the refund.

some people have quoted getting refunded between $124 and $149 (and maybe more), seems it depends on a couple of factors, like when Costco actually got the devices from apple or what rep you get?

It's a much larger phone with a much larger battery. I've had one since the fall and have always still had battery left at the end of the day if I charged it at night.
