It's worth noting the reviews and threads elsewhere about the included ac adapter not being able to keep the laptop fully charged while doing some heavy workloads or gaming. It will still decrease the battery and Lenovo's response to those reviewers is to "lighten the load", so, keep that in mind.

I've bought "Excellent" that looked disgusting with smudges and what appeared to be boogers. I've also bought "Satisfactory" that looked brand new aside from missing some paperwork. I would say my local store is probably in the 8 out of 10 range for overall employee quality (prevously worked there).

Ordered one for my son. Could someone recommend memory and 1T ssd for upgrade? Can I just add another 8g memory or I need to replace the existing memory and swap in a 16g?

I got an excellent condition one last go around and half the charger was missing. Easy fix but frustrating. Other than that everything was great
