I assumed you could have a basic offgrid solar panel with a window a/c unit but no plumbing or connecting it to the grid?
Pretty sure Sutherland still does, or at least they did up until 10 years or so ago. It may just be a Midwest thing though
we need to vote people in to remove these permits and open up lands to build on.
