While the sale made be final and not eligible for a return (per their Support page), are you not allowed the option of an exchange, under their warranty claim page?

Further, if the item is basically defective (it won't fit a known standard - E.g. your cell phone model), did you at least try to dispute it with your credit card company?
This sounds like a perfect reason to use the dispute a charge feature of any normal credit card.

woulda bought one if they were magsafe ... i need them to hold on my magsafe car chargers ... maybe i should buy a card slotted ones and put a metalic thingy in there so it would hold on magnetic car charger...? dont mind it not actually charging so long it holds while driving ..
used to love the Apple mag safe leather cases but the new designs are shitt quality compared to old apple leather cases for 6s plus ...and more annoyingly they slip often and keep kicking my phone into Silent mode :/
off course apple doesnt do returns or exchanges at all on their feaking 60bucks junkers..
