I paid $9.28 per pound on the previous deal for the 5 pound cocoa pebbles flavor. Seems like that deal is long gone based on these prices.

Has anyone tried the dunkin kind? I'm trying to get my girl to drink protein but she hates mostly all of them. She loves coffee flavors but I've never found it for anything less than $30.

I have bought the mocha one a couple of times and I enjoyed it. It was about a year ago but I don't believe they have changed anything with it ingredient wise to change the flavor

Yea, protein powder itself in general is quite pricey if you think about how much it costs per lbs. You can buy decent steak for that price. I bought their chocolate one last year and loved it. By far the best protein powder both in quality and taste (no concentrate or blend nonsense), so I'd be willing to buy even at this price. But, I've never tried their vanilla flavor. I see most negative reviews on taste is for the vanilla one, so I'm afraid to pull the trigger.

The fruity pebbles really does taste like you are drinking the leftover milk at the bottom of a fruity pebbles bowl with a very slight chemical taste after eating. I love it.

I think it tastes good, but it has caffeine. I tend to take protein supplements in the evening, so no go for me.

Better to buy meal replacement shakes at this price and it's tastier with all the flavors.
Lots of brands like Soylent have improved their taste so much so that protein powders are becoming irrelevant for regular folks.

To each his own, but Fruity Pebbles is amazing and tastes like Fruity Pebbles, but Cocoa Pebbles was disappointing.
