Not a bad deal, for harvesting the plan data and minutes. But the flip phones are even cheaper for that purpose. For a usable smartphone, these need to be 5G capable by now, but aren't.

Wouldn't want one of these as a primary phone, but they make good backup/emergency devices. Not useful for much else after TracFone crippled their rewards program a few months ago.

Sure, activate the first one then after a few days activate the 2nd one choosing the option to keep the current number/plan, everything combines on the 2nd phone.
It would be smart to wait 61 days & get the 1st phone unlocked - and then activate the 2nd phone. Can all be done online.

Seriously asking. Would this work as a tik-Tok burner phone. I've wanted to try TikTok for years but can't have any of my normal data on the same device.

Yes, this would work for your purposes. But you would not need two of them to do this. Also great for people wanting an isolated device for their Tinder account or social media or whatever other apps that cannot be safely installed onto their existing devices. Tracfone is fine for those needs but I'd not consider it a true burner phone because you are providing your name address and payment method when ordering. For a true burner you'd want to purchase in person with cash somewhere.

Yes, but you may want to activate one for 60 days so it can be unlocked. So you may end up with 10+12 months of service.
