With Tracfone, you don't have to wait because the service stacks. The timing varies if you want to unlock the devices or not. Activate the first one, then on day 60, unlock the device. On day 61, you can get rewards points. Then, after you see that the points vested, you can activate the second with a transfer of service/number from the first and it will combine the service from both devices. If you don't care about unlocking the first phone or reward points, you can just activate the second phone on day 2 and do the transfer of service then.

Is the moto power line just marketing now? I have an older power that actually had more POWER. The new one have the exact same battery as the regular Moto G

It won't matter. After 90 days without use Tracfone can deactivate the plan and cancel your remaning service. Happened to me and Tracfone was like 🤷 ♂️ too bad, wanna buy more? If it weren't for the utterly trash software youre stuck with this would be a really nice phone.

They fixed the $50 off 100 coupon. It no longer works.

There was a filler available for $3. With taxes it came to $58.
