Yes, in my experience they are all worth 200 DMI points. Also, I believe the code included with the 3D Bluray are also worth 200 DMI points.

That seems like a good deal for a 4K title, assuming you like the movie. The regular Blu-ray-DVD-Digital is 925 points.

I wonder why it doesn't show on the sale page? It seems like that should be a sale price.

Maleficent was shockingly good. I expected it to be bad. The new Aladdin however i felt was very boring.

The answer is in that link you said you read. It was released before Disney+ was available. The agreements with the other services like Prime, Vudu, etc were made and have not expired.
