From what I can tell, if the store actually has it in stock, it should then show you the OP's $698 price. If it's showing you a higher price then your default store likely doesn't have it in stock. If that's the case, then you should be able to look for another store in your area that maybe has it by either clicking on the store pick up option and selecting one with stock there or clicking on the store selector link by that to find one in stock.

So they had 5 on the floor at that price but all were a bit dinged up and scratched up. They offered to give me an even bigger discount but I couldn't do it.

Harbor Freight has the yellow 56 inch bottom box for 599, nearly 2000 lbs more capacity than the husky. Us General boxes compare favorably to snap on boxes and are one of the best value items at harbor freight. No surprise many professional mechanics opt for them. Saw reviews on the Husky that the drawer bearings were failing quickly. I know the husky is a little bigger but I would worry about durability. Not sure about the husky but the us General you will most likely need a pickup or van. They load it for you using a forklift.

This is the type of toolbox you want. Lots of shallow drawers.

Rails are expensive and most companies try to scam the consumer by making tool boxes with deep drawers so they don't have to include as many rails.
