Actually that is the complete opposite of reality. Many other countries prefer a more holistic approach to medicine, vitamins being a very important component of that. In this country we are obsessed with magic bullet Rx's as opposed to lifestyle changes. So much so that anytime you see someone taking a $4 multivitamin it is assumed they are crazy for not just popping a handful of Ozempic instead...

Yeah, I just googled it, apparently you can as soon as you get the confirmation email or shipment, so I just set up a reminder.

I'm with you on that... I'm buried in "subscribe and save" monthly things myself, and one thing I will give Amazon on this, is that "apparently" they make it easy to "unsubscribe" (knock on wood)....

only difference between this and Nature Made regular multivitamin is the Men's version has no Iron.
