I'm certainly over 50 (and in for 1), but comparing it to the same brand's Multi for him (which I had previously purchased as a deal on here) only a few % daily value changes between them. So not much difference...

It will cause you to start using capitalization and punctuation in your SD posts. Can't guarantee they'll be any more intelligent though.

I'm sure someone will do the math but at a glance the Costco vitamins have less per dose. Almost everything is lower in mg. Probably made up for by the number of pills, but not apples to apples.

It may have Vit D, but right now the recommendations are for 4,000 - 5,0000iu daily to help fight off covid.
