I feel compelled to reply for some reason. You can make sorbet/ice cream out of anything with this. You can literally dump a can of fruit cocktail in this and it will turn it into sorbet. You can make healthy ice cream with greek yogurt and non sugar sweeteners as the base. Even if you just wanted regular ice cream, you could make it cheaper than the store sells it for. Some people will even pour all the ingredients for soup into a container, freeze it, then when they're ready for the soup, blend it with the creami and then warm it up. It's an amazing machine with tons of utility and for $100 off retail price it's an amazing deal. The possibilities are limitless.
One can purchase ice-cream makers (Cuisinart or Hamilton Beach) at a fraction of this price ($40-$70). At $200, I think imo it might be worthwhile to spend a little bit more on a compressor-based ice-cream maker which requires minimal effort and no need for overnight freezing.of container.

You can't make same consistency in those ice makers, watery based which is low fat/carb ice creams will be icy.

Smart design in that the default is "out of stock" until the site verifies that there is some available to order. Some sites only display the out of stock notice after loading completely, like gamestop, which allows people to sometimes add unavailable items to their shopping card and get orders in that shouldn't have been.
I think a loading animation would be more appropriate

It's the act of blending something while it's frozen, which gives the food the creamy ice cream consistency. You will not find this with any other ice cream maker.

Yep it's out of stock already. I had one in my cart, took it out for one second to see if the code worked on the breeze and went to put it back in and they were sold out already

The code doesn't work on the Breeze but you can sign up for emails and get 20% off. I just ordered one for $180.

I checked one out this morning via goggle Express Checkout. Went through but never received an order confirmation or saw my CC getting charged.... Guess it might have already been too late.

Maybe it went to junk folder.I'm wondering how long it will take for them to ship it.

Anyone here own a straight-up Ice Cream maker of 'good' quality that can compare to this machine? Intrigued by the extra features. Didn't know I wanted something more versatile until I started looking at this.

There is nothing like this on market for an home use. There is similar machines that coast about 6k called Pacojet for an restaurants…their potent expired so Ninja were able to use it and create Creami for an home use.Other ice cream makers not able to do what creami does.

I own an excellent ice cream machine, with a built-in compressor so there's no pre freezing of a bowl or anything like that. In fact I made ice cream with it last night and it was excellent. But I'm still very excited to get my Ninja.

As others have said, my machine and the Ninja are not comparable at all because they work in entirely different ways. The result is that the Ninja can do things that literally only one other machine on the market is capable of (the $6500 Pacojet).
