Here's my trouble. It doesn't say "open box" or "box damaged" it says "used - acceptable"

Yeah, that didn't answer anything for me. I see no details on the listing I'm buying. It's being sold as Used and not even "good" or "like new". You all can deal with the trouble of returning it, but I'm good on not buying a used one.

These are usually Amazon returns. As with anything, it could be someone who opened it and didn't like it, or it could be something where the box was damaged during shipping and they didn't want to keep it. So you just don't know. I've had some great finds with Amazon warehouse (basically brand new with a small mark on the box) and some bad finds (destroyed and missing parts). You just roll the dice and see. Amazon is easy with returns at least since this is through Amazon itself.

These will come with the original white PS box repackaged but missing the Gow outer sleeve. Some will come with unused game voucher and some will have a physical disc.

It's hit or miss but FYI returns will require UPS pickup only and refund could take up to 30 days now

I tried to call in a price adjustment and they said they don't do that. So stupid and seems like it would cost Amazon a lot more for me to do a return and rebuy. :/

Hopefully you got one because the $399 consoles are gone now. I got mine today - it looks like new and came with an unused GoW:R code. I think Amazon uses the "acceptable" tag just to clear out units sometimes.

I did get in at the 399 price. The first one that I paid 411 came in today. Looks like it's brand spanking new. Came in the original box minus the GOW sleeve. I wonder if there is a way to check the serial number to see if was previously registered.

I got it when it dropped to $399 warehouse. Got it last week but didn't include game or code. System looked good haven't booted it up and everything else looks good. I called to see if I could get a partial refund because no game. They said 10 percent off at first which would be like $39. I said the game is $50. They put me on hold and come back with 50 percent off, I said yes sir I'll take it. $199 refund. Great deal!
