I'm trying to figure out how the product in this thread is different than this product:
https://www.amazon.com/Neutrogena...0771GYTB3/
... other than being more than double the price per ounce.

Anyone?

EDITED TO ADD:
On Neutrogena's site, they're shown to have EXACTLY the same active ingredients in exactly the same proportion :o

I really like this as an every day moisturizer sunscreen. My skin in oily, so it's not too much.

Your skin IS oily so it's not too much or your skin ISN'T oily?

I'm trying to see if this is going to work for me.

Wash your oily face with this first: Neutrogena Hydro Boost Fragrance-Free Hydrating Facial Gel Cleanser with Hyaluronic Acid, Daily Foaming Face Wash Gel & Makeup Remover, Lightweight, Oil-Free & Non-Comedogenic, 16 fl. oz https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0B3Z18BQZ

Comes out to $10.22 after 20% coupon and 15% S&S. That's the price of the bottle half this size.

I like this stuff a lot better than the Neutrogena, no SPF though. You get about twice as much for the price and it worked better for me than Neutrogena.

I bought some of this a few weeks ago. This is fine if you aren't sweating. If you sweat your eyes will burn terribly.

I'm not sure that's true. The Neutrogena site shows the same percentages in the bold INGREDIENTS section on the second one but then says something entirely different under Drug Facts:

Ingredients: Avobenzone (3%), Homosalate (15%), Octisalate (5%), Octocrylene (10%)
Drug Facts: Avobenzone (2.7%), Homosalate (9%), Octisalate (5%), Octocrylene (9%)
Amazon listing ingredients: Avobenzone (2.7%), Homosalate (9%), Octisalate (5%), Octocrylene (9%), Oxybenzone (4.5%)

The Amazon listing ingredients matches the back of the package so somehow Neutrogena screwed up their own listing twice on the same page and something tells me it might have been intentional since Oxybenzone is the lest desirable ingredient on there for sunscreen and that just happens to be the one they left off their listing. In fact, I'm shocked they still have it in their sunscreen since almost everything is labeled 'Oxybenzone-free' now because there have been links to hormonal imbalances with the frequent use of it.

Anyway, long story short, the active ingredients are not the same in the same percentages. The one in this thread specifically advertises itself as Oxybenzone-free and that usually comes at a premium cost because Oxybenzone is a cheap to produce UV absorbing ingredient.

I do not see the coupon any longer. Not a great deal any more unless you use this regularly I guess.

It is possible the photos of the bottle are outdated and the new versions are oxybenzone-free but I'm not sure how you would confirm that outside of buying it and hoping for the best.
