If you end your Amazon Prime membership you will lose your free one-year Grubhub+ membership. You can sign up for a standard Grubhub+ membership to continue receiving Grubhub+ benefits. If you choose to restart your Prime membership again, you will need to redeem this offer again.

I received the same email. Check your emails from Grubhub if you previously signed up for Grubhub+ through Amazon Prime. My Grubhub+ was extended through August, 2024.
Where is the fraud?
Now I guess I will move it to next year
