You should try factory resetting your phone. A lot of people that have problems with phones are quick to blame the device rather than themselves. Not saying that's you, but it would probably help to troubleshoot why the device is giving you problems rather than just saying "this device sucks because blah doesn't work" like so many other people.
Edit: Smooth move on that sarcasm for the edit champ. Guess I shouldn't be surprised that's the type of response you come out with especially with all your "problems" you can't solve. Good luck on your next device.

1. I don't intend to use a service other than Boost. It works well, it's cheap, it's got just enough data, and despite some problems accessing their BoostOne app I haven't had problems with this phone and service. I did have a problem with the unlocked Moto Z4 that I brought as a BYOD initially, it couldn't send MMS consistently. That's why I got the Edge+ 2022 to see if getting a phone straight from them would work better, and it did.
According to this they may not allow you to get or stay activated on their service if you unlock:

2. According to their terms and conditions they can come after you for unlocking it. Is it possible you could skate by unnoticed? Yes, sounds like some have so far, but I've got no reason to do it.
