I used so many Moto devices over the years and if there is one word I can describe them, it's consistency. They're nothing special but they work and get the job done for my daily tasks. I never once had any issues with any of them. I have a Moto Z Play and E4 Plus from 2017 that still works fine to this day.

You should try factory resetting your phone. A lot of people that have problems with phones are quick to blame the device rather than themselves. Not saying that's you, but it would probably help to troubleshoot why the device is giving you problems rather than just saying "this device sucks because blah doesn't work" like so many other people.

Edit: Smooth move on that sarcasm for the edit champ. Guess I shouldn't be surprised that's the type of response you come out with especially with all your "problems" you can't solve. Good luck on your next device.

Why does Moto still insist on making curved edges for their flagships?

please let us know if it can be fixed. thanks

I doubt it. They have horrible customer service. The only phones that they use esim for are iPhones.

I'm still try to look for a solution if it can be fixed by being rooted.

is it possible that edge+ 2023 from boost only supports single sim?

Stay away from boost mobile at all costs. I asked them to cancel one line on the account, but they accidentally cancelled the wrong line (my own). And they have no way to get that number reactivated again. It's gone. Forever. I talked to multiple CSR and managers, their software doesn't have the option to reactivate a number. I can't port it to another carrier either. If you want to take chances go for it, but I highly recommend not doing business with a company like this. There are better carriers, try elsewhere.

I think most of us won't stay with Boost, we'll buy the phone, unlock it and use it with other carriers

The hardware supports esim. It's boost mobile's firmware that's blocking it.

$440 for a Motorola? Since when it's a slickdeal whatever the specs the cameras are still going to be medicare at best and barely any updates. I will probably even get a Pixel 7a or 7 pro over this anyway.

I'm looking to send this abroad to India, do I need to open it to unlock or will the IMEI on the back of the box be enough to unlock?

You can get it unlocked with just imei .. however to actually unlock the phone you have to open it and put a sim at which point it will prompt you for unlock code

I rather have a BlackBerry than a Motorola phone. Blackberry doesn't even exist anymore.
