The Asus Flow x13 weighs 2.83 and has a dGPU.
That is in fact a normal weight for a 2-in-1 though, even for a premium one without a dGPU. It isn't actually much heavier than the Asus Flow you mentioned (which is 2.87lbs, not 2.83, which puts the weight difference at less than 5% between the two); meanwhile, that machine costs *significantly* more than the HP does new ($1499 vs $1999), and not all of that is going toward components, but also materials. That similar laptops are slightly heavier or lighter just means there's a range, and that the highest end skus out there might be a bit lighter doesn't automatically make the HP somehow 'not premium'.
People keep saying 3lbs is heavy.... What are you guys buying that doesn't suck that weighs less than 3lbs?
