I won't say you will get deals in all regions, but some dealers offer a small discount from MSRP without hard add-ons if they have enough Ioniq5 units in stock or incoming that they need to move.
It takes a little persistence and patience, but you can negotiate a fair deal on this model in today's market.

Lease and buyout fees were something close to $2k once it was all said and done for total discount closer to $5500. Title is in hand already.
