Also I'd go for at least and SEL, the SE is so bare bones you are going to regret missing so many features.
Looks like some dealers sold these cars to customers and they were baffled when they went to charge at a DC fast charge station and found the charge port hard capped off.
Standard version in US has 54KWhr battery instead of usual 77KWhr battery but it does have DC fast charge port.
