I bought this set last week for $1 more. FYI, you get what you pay for. The pliers have uneven cuts and some of them doesn't close 100% perfect. I ordered a replacement to see if it's any better but was actually worst than the 1st set I received. I ended up keeping one set anyway. They work fine for what I need them for and ok for the price. Just wanted to share.

Having the different angled head pliers are absolute life savers working on a car. They can make removing hose clamps in tight or hard to reach spaces a breeze, along with using them as helping hands in tight spots as well. Just having the 45 degree pair will really make the difference but a set like this is handy so you have just the right tool at the right time.

So all 1,710 of those Amazon reviews are from people who didn't really need the entire set? Interesting.

Sometimes I see a tool I didn't previously know existed and think, "I wonder why someone would need that?" It never occurred to me that nobody really does, but I'll be sure to check with you before any future purchases to see if I really do need the item so that I don't wind up buying stuff I don't need like those 1,710 suckers on Amazon.

The deal is pretty decent and people are correct in that specialty pliers come in handy by definition, but those Amazon reviews with photos show some poor quality...yikes! Just know these will likely be throw aways.
