I bought this set last week for $1 more. FYI, you get what you pay for. The pliers have uneven cuts and some of them doesn't close 100% perfect. I ordered a replacement to see if it's any better but was actually worst than the 1st set I received. I ended up keeping one set anyway. They work fine for what I need them for and ok for the price. Just wanted to share.

Having the different angled head pliers are absolute life savers working on a car. They can make removing hose clamps in tight or hard to reach spaces a breeze, along with using them as helping hands in tight spots as well. Just having the 45 degree pair will really make the difference but a set like this is handy so you have just the right tool at the right time.

Maybe that's more than your Little Tikes Workshop [littletikes.com] one-needle-nose-only budget will allow -- but, most of the rest of us can afford $20 for some specialized pliers. The guys that make a living off their tools have giant $10K rolling tool carts for a reason - time is money, and the right tool can save A LOT of time. While most SD'ers are not pro mechanics, $20 seems pretty cheap in 2023... did you know a USPS Priority Flat Rate box that is only 14" long is now $17.10 [usps.com]? Even a large USPS Priority Envelope will cost you $10.

So Wavy-Nife, if every deal you comment on is either a SD Staff "shill," is a bad deal/too expensive, or "nobody needs another XXXXX," or... the product just sucks according to you, then why are you on Slick Deals, anyway? You've been on here for almost 5 years... you must like SOMETHING about Slick Deals, I'm guessing. So, what is it???

Bought these several years ago. They are very useful when you need to make a funky bend or access something around a corner. They are bigger and heavier than I thought they would be. Hinges are strong. I've wrapped some thick wire together and the hinges don't twist. No rust yet.

Three times a year for the last 40 years, I wished I had at least one of these in my tool box. I was a little concerned on quality, but with all the positive reviews and #1 on Amazon, I pulled the trigger! Thanks OP!

I have a set of the Neiko insulated plier set for live electrical work. Been really great! Even teeth and the cutters are pretty sharp.

No as nice as my Witte or Wiha pieces but easily 80% for less than 25% the cost.

I will say that they are made in Taiwan, not China like these.

Really useful, I have so similar pliers and then also some which are even longer with double joint. If you have to hard-to-reach places can often save you a lot of work.

I can't count how many times I've used a set like this and the miniature version to remove hose clamps, pull apart electrical connections, fish stuff, and so on in awkward places... even with my non-pro usage.
